Shipping policy

All zooby^® orders get FREE U.S. domestic shipping (EXCLUDES BLEMISHED OR MARKED DOWN ZOOBYS UNDER $130)! Orders typically within arrive within 3-6 business days after processes.

We highly recommend protecting yourself from porch piracy and lost/damaged packages by adding signature confirmation and/or package protection insurance.

Standard Shipping with Signature Confirmation - $8

Standard Shipping with Package Protection insurance - $6

Standard Shipping with Signature Confirmation + Package Protection insurance - $10.75

If your package doesn't arrive after 14 days from the date you receive your tracking confirmation email, please notify us within 30 days to start a lost package claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only ship to Canada and Mexico at this time. All international shipping, duties, and import fees are paid by the customer and are calculated and charged by the carrier.
