You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase (includes weekends and holidays). Please email us at hello@infanttech.com to start your return. Do not ship your return before contacting us.

Pre-orders may be returned 30 days from delivery arrival date and are subject to our regular return policy terms.

Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment or store credit upon request.
Return item(s) in like new condition with their original packaging and accessories (including cables, monitor bracket etc.)
A partial refund is available if the original packaging and/or accessories are not included.
We cannot accept damaged, broken, disassembled or modified item(s)- Damages include: stains, rips, broken pieces, scratches, strong smells, tears, cracks, or any other blemish accrued after use.

Defective items: Manufacturer's Warranty

If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect, we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within the warranty limit (6 months) and we will send you a return shipping label to send us back the defective item. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item. Once we receive the defective item, we will ship you 000000the new replacement(s).

Void Warranty

Warranty is automatically void if zooby is purchased from unauthorized sites or if purchased second hand through sites like eBay, Mercari, Offer Up, Facebook Market Place. Only authorized sites where zoobys are sold by infanttech are Amazon.com, Walmart.com, NewEgg.com, and infanttech.com. infanttech reserves the right to modify list of authorized and unauthorized sites as information is received.

Cancellation Policy

Purchases may be cancelled within 2 days. Cancellation is only available to items that have not yet shipped and have been purchased within the last 2 days, excluding the weekend and holidays.
